"Ciprofloxacin should be taken at least two hours after a meal. Cipro is used to treat patients with cystic fibrosis who have lung infections. Calcium-based products can dramatically interfere with the absorption of Cipro. Cipro is supposed to be taking Cipro either as dangerous interactions are possible."
