"Deltasone use is likely to change liver enzyme blood testing and interfere with testing for thyroid diseases. Prednisone is the most commonly-prescribed oral corticosteroid. Prednisone to Prednisolone is impaired. It is not used in the management of adrenal insufficiency unless a more potent mineral corticoid is administered concomitantly."
